Bajaj Housing Finance has joined the bandwagon of companies declaring their financial results for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024. The company is set to declare its Q3 results next week.

Bajaj Housing Finance shares made a grand debut on the stock exchanges in September, listing at a premium of over 114% on the NSE and BSE. With a market cap of over Rs 92,000 crore, the company is one of India’s top NBFCs. It is a subsidiary of Bajaj Finance Ltd. and offers home loans and loans against property.

Bajaj Housing Finance Q3 Results: Date And Time

Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. said in a stock exchange filing dated Jan. 4 that it will declare its Q3 results on Monday, Jan. 27.

“Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 27 January 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024,” it said.

In a separate stock exchange filing, the company said that a conference call has also been scheduled for 6:15 p.m. on Jan. 27 to discuss the Q3 results.

Issuance Of NCD

The board of directors will also consider authorising the offer documents for issuing non-convertible debenture or debt issue in one or more tranches/series on a private placement basis on Jan. 27. This issue will have an overall borrowing limit of Rs 1.5 lakh crore, which was approved by the shareholders at their meeting held on June 6., 2024.

Bajaj Housing Finance shares have slipped nearly 4% during the last five trading sessions on the NSE. In the last one month, the shares have plunged 13.32%. Since its listing in September, the stock has fallen over 30% on the NSE.

Bajaj Housing Finance Q2 Results

Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. reported a 26% year-on-year increase in net profit for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024. The company’s net profit for Q2 stood at Rs 546 crore, up from Rs 451 crore in the same period last year. Net interest income (NII), the difference between interest earned and interest paid, grew by 13% Y-o-Y to Rs 713 crore, compared to Rs 632 crore in Q2 of the previous year.
