  • GE Vernova T&D India: Key highlights from the company’s quarterly performance include a 28% revenue jump to Rs 1,074 crore, an 86% Ebitda surge to Rs 180 crore, and a net profit that nearly tripled to Rs 143 crore in line with estimates.

  • VRL Logistics: The company reported a strong quarter, with revenue rising 12% to Rs 825 crore, Ebitda surging 76.4% to Rs 166 crore, and net profit jumping to Rs 59.42 crore, beating estimates.

  • Sagility India: The firm’s quarterly financial performance showed promising growth, with revenue increasing 15.3% to Rs 1453 crore, driven by a significant 50.8% surge in Ebitda to Rs 392 crore, resulting in a net profit more than tripling to Rs 217 crore.

  • Cummins India: The company reported a notable quarterly performance, with revenue rising 21.82% to Rs 3,096.15 crore and net profit increasing 11.93% to Rs 558.46 crore, both beating estimates, despite the margin contracting by 204 basis points to 19.3%.

  • HG Infra Engineering: The firm’s quarterly performance was facilitated by a 25.6% surge in Ebitda to Rs 287 crore, resulting in a 12.8% increase in net profit to Rs 115 crore. Despite a 7.3% decline in revenue to Rs 1,265 crore.

  • Welspun Corp: Welspun Michigan Engineers Ltd., a subsidiary of Welspun Enterprises Ltd., secured a Rs 290.9-crore design and construction order from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corp.

    The project will include planning, designing and building the Mogra Storm Water Pumping Station in Mumbai’s K/W Ward.

  • UltraTech Cement: The company commissioned an additional 0.6 MTPA of grinding capacity at its existing unit in Sonar Bangla. There was also additional capacity to service cement demand in the East India region. The cement manufacturer’s total domestic grey cement capacity is now at 166.31 MTPA.

  • ICICI Prudential: The firm obtained approval from the International Financial Services Centres Authority  to initiate life insurance operations in GIFT City.

  • Info Edge (India): The company is set to enter a contribution pact with IE Venture Investment to contribute up to Rs 1,000 crore directly or through arms.

  • Azad Engineering: The firm signed a long-term pact with Rolls- Royce for aircraft engine parts.
