Leading private lenders HDFC Bank Ltd. and ICICI Bank Ltd. will release their earnings report for the quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2025, on Saturday.

As per the BSE results calendar, as many as five companies are scheduled to release their Q4 and FY25 results on April 19.

Another leading private sector lender, Yes Bank Ltd., will also remain in focus for its quarterly results on Saturday. Others on the list include Integra Capital Ltd. and Mid East Portfolio Management Ltd.

With the conclusion of the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), these companies will join several others in disclosing their performance of the final quarter and full financial year.

Some of these companies may also consider recommending a dividend, if applicable, for the financial year 2024-25. Largest private sector lender HDFC Bank on April 15 informed the stock exchanges about its earnings call schedule in a filing. ICICI Bank will also hold a conference call with the media on April 19 regarding its Q4 and FY25 results.

HDFC Bank Q3 Results

In the December quarter, HDFC Bank reported a 2.2% year-on-year rise in net profit at Rs 16,736 crore. The gain was supported by a 25% drop in bad-loan provisions, which stood at Rs 3,153 crore. Net interest income in Q3 FY25 increased nearly 8% YoY to Rs 30,650 crore. Core net interest margin stood at 3.43%, slightly lower than the previous quarter’s 3.46%.

However, the bank’s asset quality weakened as the Gross NPA ratio increased to 1.42% from 1.36% sequentially, while net NPA rose to 0.46% in Q3 from 0.41% in the preceding quarter.

Yes Bank Q3FY25 Results

Yes Bank posted strong Q3 results, with net profit doubling to Rs 612 crore, marking an 11% rise sequentially. The lender’s net interest income rose 10% YoY to Rs 2,223 crore. Asset quality remained stable, with GNPA at 1.6% (flat QoQ, down 2% YoY). The result showed that its net NPA stayed at 0.5%, improving from 0.9% a year ago.

ICICI Bank Q3FY25 Results

In Q3 FY25, the second-largest private bank posted a 14.8% YoY rise in net profit at Rs 11,792.42 crore. Its Net Interest Income rose 9.1% YoY to Rs 20,371 crore. Total income grew 13% to Rs 48,367.87 crore in Q3 compared to the year-ago period. NIM stood at 4.25%, down from 4.43% YoY.
