Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO share allotment is expected to be finalised on Tuesday, Dec. 10, a day after the issue closed for bidding. The initial public offering of Emerald Tyre Manufacturers Ltd. saw a massive demand led by non-institutional investors.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers IPO was subscribed 530.59 times on the last day of bidding, data from the market tracking site Chittorgarh showed. Investors applied for 1,81,52,59,200 shares against 34,21,200 shares on offer.

Retail investors applied for 95,50,45,200 shares as compared to 17,11,200 shares reserved for them, subscribing to their quota by 558.11 times. 

Non-institutional investors (NIIs) applied for 66,88,08,000 shares against the 7,33,200 shares set aside for the category. The NII quota was subscribed 912.18 times at the end of Day 3.

Qualified Institutional buyers booked 19,14,06,000 shares in comparison with the 9,76,800 shares on offer, subscribing to their quota by 195.95 times.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers’ shares will be listed on NSE SME on Thursday, Dec. 12.
