HDFC Bank will announce the results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, on April 19. In an exchange filing, the bank announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will take place on April 19 to consider the approval of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the bank for the quarter and year ended March 31.
The Board will also consider the annual renewal of the issuance of long-term bonds (for financing infrastructure and affordable housing), perpetual debt instruments (part of Additional Tier I capital), and Tier II capital bonds over the next twelve months through the private placement mode.
It will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.

As per the bank’s share dealing code and in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in securities of the bank will be closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives from March 25 to April 21.

HDFC Bank’s net profit rose by 2.2% to Rs 16,735.5 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 16,372.54 crore. Total income stood at Rs 87,460.44 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 81,719.65 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. Net Interest Income for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, rose by 7.7% to Rs 30,650 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 28,470 crore for the same period of the previous fiscal.
