Companies Announcing Q4 FY25 Results On April 29
Tata Group’s retail arm Trent, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Bajaj Group’s subsidiaries Bajaj Finserv and Bajaj Finance will be among the big players to share their results on Apr. 29.
They will be joined by prominent names such as Ambuja Cements, UTI Asset Management Company, Vishal Mega Mart and Welspun Speciality Solutions.

Trent Q3 Results
Trent reported a Rs 4,591 crore income, up from Rs 3,389 crore from previous year. This marked a 35% increase on a YoY basis. The company’s total expenses for the period stood at Rs 3,973 crore, compared to Rs 2,943 crore a year ago.
During the quarter, it logged profit before taxes at Rs 618 crore, a 38% YoY increase compared to Rs 447 in December 2023. The net profit was reported Rs 469 crore, a solid 36% increase compared to Rs 344 crore in the same period last year.
Bajaj Finance Q3 Results
The company posted a strong revenue from operations during the Q3FY25 at Rs 15,371 crore, compared to Rs 12,103 crore during last year. The expenses also increased to Rs 10,415.85 from Rs 7,813.22, marking a 33% YoY hike. The PAT (Profit After Tax) for Q3FY25 was Rs 3,705.81 crore, up from Rs 3,177.39 crore a year ago. In the September quarter, the PAT was Rs 5,618 crore. The company recorded a net profit increase of Rs 4,308 crore, a 18% increase YoY. Bajaj Finance booked 12.06 million new loans during the quarter, which contributed to its profitability.
BPCL Q3 Results
In Q3FY25, Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) reported a standalone profit of Rs 4,649.20 crore, a 36.85% increase compared to Rs 3,397.27 crore posted in Q3 FY24. During the quarter, the government-backed public sector undertaking reported a decrease in expenses at Rs 1,22,172.87 crore, down 3.1% YoY.
Its profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 6,176 crore, up 34.85% as compared with Rs 4,580 crore reported in Q3 FY24. Employee benefits expenses made Rs 1,201.40 crore of the total expense during the period under review, 12.4% YoY increase.
