The financial year 2024-25 (FY25) has just concluded, meaning companies will soon begin sharing their performance reports for the final quarter (Q4).
These quarterly statements will also provide insights into the outlook for FY26 and what lies ahead. A particular focus will be on IT majors such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and HCL Tech. IT is one of the most impacted sectors amid the economic uncertainty due to Donald Trump’s tariffs against US trade partners, including India.
Here’s a look at the important dates for the announcement of quarterly earnings by some of the country’s major IT firms.
TCS Q4 Results Date
TCS is set to announce its results for Q4 and FY25 on April 10 following the market trading hours. TCS in an exchange filing said that the company may also announce an interim dividend to reward shareholders. After declaring the Q4 results, the IT giant will hold a press conference at 5:30 p.m. and an earnings conference call at 7 p.m.
Investors and analysts can access the Q4 results and the earnings call from the company’s website. Those who can’t attend the live session of the call can listen to its recorded audio which will be uploaded a few hours after the call.
Infosys Q4 Results Date
Infosys will present its Q4 financial results on April 17 following a meeting of its directors. On the same day, it will also consider a final dividend, if any, for its shareholders. In a filing to the bourses, Infosys said that a meeting of its Board of Directors on April 16 and 17 to approve and record the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for Q4 and FY25.
Wipro Q4 Results
Wipro’s Board of Directors will be meeting on April 15 and 16 to consider and approve the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The financial results will released on April 16 after the stock market trading hours, the company informed the exchanges.
HCLTech Q4 Results
As per its exchange filing, HCLTech will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on April 21 and 22 to consider the audited financial results for FY25. The company will announce the fourth quarter results for FY25 on April 22. The Board will also consider the payment of interim dividend to shareholders on April 22.
Tech Mahindra Q4 Results
Tech Mahindra’s Board of Directors will meet on April 23 and 24 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. The audited financial results will be declared on April 24. They will also recommend a dividend, if any, for FY25, Tech Mahindra announced in a filing.
