Yes Bank share price fell to hit Rs 19.71, its lowest level in a month. In an exchange filing, the company said it has received Rs 161 crore from a single trust in the Security Receipts Portfolio. The net amount (i.e. Rs 161 crores less the net carrying value of the trust), is more than the materiality threshold.

Nifty, Sensex Open Higher As Bank Shares Lead Gains: Opening Bell
Benchmark equity indices of India saw a higher open on Thursday as share prices of banks contributed the most to the gains.
At pre-open, the NSE Nifty 50 was 0.20% higher at 23,775.80, and the BSE Sensex was 0.11% higher at 78,560.33.
“The Index (Nifty) is oscillating in a well-maintained range of 23,650-23,850 and a breakout on either sides is necessary for a concrete inference,” said Aditya Gaggar, director of Progressive Shares.
Share prices of ICICI Bank Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., Axis Bank Ltd., State Bank Of India, and ITC Ltd. contributed the most to the gains.
Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., HDFC Life Insurance Ltd., Asian Paints Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd., and Shriram Finance Ltd. minimised the upside.
Except Nifty Realty, Media, and Pharma, all sectoral indices opened higher with Nifty PSU Bank leading the gains.
