Markets traded for only three sessions last week as Monday and Friday were holidays, with major companies such as Infosys, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and YES Bank announcing results after Thursday’s close. Besides earnings, key announcements included Divi’s Laboratories signing a long-term supply agreement, Coal India’s SECL inking a Rs 7,040 crore mining deal, and fundraising plans by Biocon and NHPC.
