Stocks To Watch

  • Container Corp: The company awarded a manufacture and supply order of Rs 690 crore to Braithwaite and Co.

  • Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency: The company’s arm received registration certificate to start business as a finance company at GIFT City.

  • Larsen & Toubro: The company acquired the remaining 26% stake in arm L&T Special Steels and Heavy Forgings from Nuclear Power Corp. for Rs 170 crore, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm.

  • RVNL: The company received a Rs 554 crore order from Rail Infrastructure Development for two years.

  • Mahindra Lifespaces: The firm partnered with Livingstone Infra for a redevelopment project in Mumbai. The gross development value of the Mumbai project was Rs 1,650 crore.

  • Bank of India: The company allotted long term bonds up to Rs 2,690 crore on private placement basis.

  • Aurobindo Pharma: The United States Food and Drug Administration concluded its pre-approval inspection with five observations at the company’s unit in Andhra Pradesh.

  • Nazara Technologies: The firm acquired 22% stake in Datawrkz Business Solutions. After this acquisition, the company’s stake in Datawrkz increased to 55%.

  • Tata Steel: Neath Port Talbot Council approved the company’s plans to build an electric arc furnace for sustainable steelmaking in Port Talbot.

  • Cipla: The company completed the investment of around Rs 425 crore in its arm Cipla Medpro South Africa Proprietary.
