  • One 97 Communication: Paytm partnered with SBI Mutual Fund to launch JanNivesh Rs 250 systematic investment plan. It facilitates users to start investing with just Rs 250, making financial growth more accessible.

  • SBI Cards: The company’s board of directors approved the appointment of Salila Pande as the managing director and chief executive officer. Pande will assume the position from April 1 for two years, subject to necessary approvals

  • Zomato: Zomato Ltd. is now offering its internal AI-powered customer support platform, Nugget, to restaurants. Nugget has been used as an internal customer support tool for the past three years by Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure.

  • Allcargo Terminals: The company reported volumes of 53,800 twenty-foot equivalent units, up 11% year-over-year, up 4% month-over-month.

  • Life Insurance Corp: The insurer launched their new product named ‘LIC’s Smart Pension’, available for sale effective Feb 18.

  • Thomas Cook: Thomas Cook (India) and its group company, SOTC Travel, inked a memorandum of understanding with the Sabah Tourism Board to enhance travel to Sabah, Malaysia. This collaboration aims to increase awareness of Sabah and draw more visitors from India.

  • GMR Airports: In the month of January, the company reported passenger traffic up 1.06 crore up 11.4% YoY, Domestic Passenger Traffic up 11% (YoY), International Passenger Traffic up 12.4% (YoY).

  • Choice International: Choice Equity Broking, a subsidiary of Choice International, announced the acquisition of Arete Capital Services, a prominent wealth management firm with assets under management of Rs 5,151 crores.

  • Uno Minda: The company entered a joint venture pact with Suzhou lnovance and lnovance automotive for manufacturing powertrain products.

  • DCX Systems: The company received Rs 24.51 crore order for manufacturing and supply of cable and wire harness assemblies.
