  • Paytm: Chief Executive Officer Vijay Shekhar Sharma has voluntarily forgone all 2.1 crore employee stock option plan, or ESOP units granted to him.

  • Angel One: The firm’s total income declined 22.1% to Rs 1,058 crore compared to previous fiscal’s Rs 1,359 crore. Net profit down 48.7% at Rs 175 crore versus Rs 340 crore. The stockbroking company approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs 26 per share.

  • Zydus Lifesciences: The company clarified its stance regarding a US court order that ruled against it in a litigation relating to a patent validity. It stated that it is evaluating the potential impact of the order related to Myrbetriq case and notifies that no negotiations were taking place in the matter as it was a patent related issue, and that the stock slide was likely due to the Delaware court ruling.

  • Lupin: The firm confirmed that a United States court has issued a ruling related to a patent case concerning the drug Myrbetriq. The pharmaceutical company said it was not aware of any information that has not been announced to stock exchanges.

  • DLF: The company entered into a master framework pact with Srijan Realty to sell Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zone Land In Kolkata For Rs 693 crore.

  • 360 One WAM: The firm is set to consider a preferential fund raise proposal via issue of equity shares and/or warrants.

  • Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: The company is set to launch Dextroamphetamine Saccharate, Amphetamine Aspartate, Dextroamphetamine Sulfate & Amphetamine Sulfate Tablets. The drug is a bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to Adderall and the distribution of the same will begin in May 2025.

  • AWL Agri Business: The company acquired 80% of G. D. Foods Manufacturing (India) Pvt.

  • Reliance Industrial Infrastructure: The company’s board recommended a dividend of Rs 3.5 per share.

  • SBI Cards And Payment Services: The firm entered a pact with Tata Digital to launch Tata Neu SBI Card.
