Adani Ports: Adani Ports has announced the acquisition of a 50 MTPA capacity terminal in NQXT Australia, which boasts the potential for Ebitda margins exceeding 90% and has a long remaining lease life of 85 years. The company will also acquire Abbot Point Port Holdings, another 50 MTPA capacity terminal, through the issuance of 14.4 crore shares to Carmichael Rail & Port Singapore. These strategic acquisitions are expected to significantly fast track Adani Ports’ goal of achieving 1 billion tonnes of annual cargo capacity by 2030.
