  • RIL: Subsidiary Nauyaan Tradings completes acquisition of further 10% stake in step-down unit Nauyaan Shipyard for `51.7 crore from Welspun Corp.

  • ICICI Bank: The board will consider fund raising via issuance of debt securities, NCDs and others on April 19.

  • JK Cement: The board will consider raising up to Rs 500 crore via NCDs.

  • Zydus Lifesciences: The company will acquire 85.6% equity shares of Amplitude Surgical SA, France, at a price of Euro 6.25 per equity share, aggregating to a consideration value of Euro 256.8 million. It also received a final nod from the US FDA for Jaythari (Deflazacort) Tablets, 6 mg, 18 mg, 30 mg, & 36 mg.

  • HCLTech: The company has achieved three new Google Cloud Partner Specializations in Generative AI Services, Cloud Migration Services, and Infrastructure Modernization Services, bringing their total Google Cloud specialisations to seven.

  • Ircon International: The company received a Rs 128 crore order from S&T (Construction), North Western Railway and Indian Railways.

  • Ashiana Housing: In its business update, the company said the FY25 area booked at 26.97 lakh sq ft compared to 26.40 lakh sq ft a year ago. The value of area sold stood at Rs 1,937 crore versus Rs 1,798 crore.

  • Ugro Capital: The company’s AUM increased to Rs 12,000 crore in the March quarter compared to Rs 11,067 crore in the December quarter and Rs 9,047 crore in the year-ago period.

  • JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals: The company has approved the acquisition of up to 70 lakh equity shares of Jamnagar Renewables One Pvt. for an aggregate amount of Rs 7 crore. The purpose of this investment is to enable the company to consume power generated from a group captive hybrid, solar and wind power project.

  • Persistent Systems: The NCLT approval for the merger of Capiot Software is a key step in the company’s inorganic growth strategy and could lead to synergies and expanded capabilities.

Earnings To Watch

On Tuesday, the earnings of companies like GM Breweries Ltd., ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co., ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. and Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. are set to be announced.
