  • Bharti Airtel: The firm increased 5% stake in arm Airtel Africa via step-down subsidiary. Airtel Africa Mauritius presently holds a 57.29% stake in Airtel Africa.Indian Continent Investment Ltd offloaded approximately 5.11 crore shares in Bharti Airtel at a price of Rs 1,660 per share. Bharti Telecom Ltd, another key promoter of Airtel, played a significant role in the transaction by purchasing around 1.2 crore shares, accounting for about 24% of ICIL’s total sale.

  • Vedanta: The company was declared preferred bidder for Kauhari diamond block in Madhya Pradesh.
