Godrej Industries Ltd., Tata Steel Ltd., ITC Ltd., IndusInd Bank Ltd. and Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. will be the stocks to watch going into trade on Monday.

  • Godrej Industries: The company aims to develop a project in Versova, Mumbai, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,350 crore.

  • Tata Steel: The company received an assessment order for fiscal 2019 in a tax order related to Bhushan Steel.

  • ITC: The company acquired 2.62 lakh shares of Ample Foods for Rs 131 crore, thereby acquiring a shareholding of 43.75%.

  • IndusInd Bank: As of March 31, the bank reported a 1.4% year-on-year growth in net advances, reaching Rs 3.5 lakh crore. Deposits grew 6.8% year-on-year to Rs 4.1 lakh crore.

  • Bajaj Housing Finance: The company in its business update reported a 26% year-on-year growth in assets under management to Rs 1.14 lakh crore as of March 31.

  • Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders: The government confirmed exercising an oversubscription option of up to 47.69 lakh shares in addition to its base offer in its offer for sale. Total offer size now stands at 1.61 crore shares.

  • Force Motors: The company, in its business update, reported a flat year-on-year growth in total sales at 3,700, while total exports saw a year-on-year degrowth of 77% at 94 units from 420 units last year same period.

  • Indian Bank: Indian Bank reported a strong performance for the period ended March 31. Total business stood at Rs 13.3 lakh crore, and total deposits rose to Rs 7.4 lakh crore.

  • Lemon Tree Hotels: The company signed a license agreement for Lemon Tree Hotels, Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. The property is to be managed by Carnation Hotels and is expected to open in fiscal 2029.

  • KSB: The company received a letter of award for a solar water project worth Rs 14 crore from Tripura Renewable Energy Development Agency and a letter of award for a solar water project worth Rs 49 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution.
